A little bit about me
autobiography /ˌɔt̮əbaɪˈɑɡrəfi/: the account of a person’s life written by that person.
Journey
Welcome to my story & thank you for being here.
Let’s begin at the beginning because, as a mentor of mine recently pointed out, I might have only been a Space Holder for a short while but I have been on this journey my entire life.
I was born in France & spent my childhood there, running on hay bales/spending hours in the woods. As a Franco-British family, we had influences from both side of the channel – the french love of food, the english music… a perfect combo if you ask me!
Growing up on a farm with nature-enthusiast parents gave us a respect and a love for nature. Dad was the dreamer, Mum kept us grounded and both showed us a whole lot of love. It wasn’t without hardship but it is in those moments that true magic happens – or so you realise after!
Three words/values we went by : Love, laughter and moderation – obviously the latter doesn’t apply to the first two.
I was lucky enough to travel for many a month with my sister, one of my greatest achievements. It took our appreciation of nature & life even deeper, giving us the opportunity to connect with some incredible people, to witness some unforgettable moments, to experience the world in all its layers & to truly grow. All of which, I am eternally grateful for.

the bullet points
✨ I have been many a thing over the years & very much live in the feeling – if that makes sense! From being an archivist, to a gardener, to a delicatessen owner & everything in between!
✨ I left a piece of my heart in New Zealand 12 years ago whilst living there. One of my most treasured time 🤍
✨ I became a mother 8 years ago & got lost along the way.
✨ I started a journey of self-remembrance 4 years ago. It has been hard & uncomfortable but I am slowly finding my song.
✨ I get things wrong, I take things to heart & I am grateful for both. Forever learning & growing 🙏
✨ I love holding space for individuals & groups alike. It is such a privilege to witness others & celebrate them.
✨ I once travelled to the Lake District to scope places to create a studio/café/inn, all whilst having no fund to my name 🤪 Do I dream big & get carried away? Yes, definitely! But I love the potential of life, the potential for growth & beauty when people & communities gather. The dreams might fade or crumble but the essence always lives on & feeds my every move. It is my joy. And one day, I will open those doors xx
A new cycle
In 2022, we got to say goodbye to my Dad, to care and love him until the end. A moment I will always be grateful for. A privilege but also another moment of true appreciation for life – which also means death, for nature & for the flow of it all.
It took me to a very deep space of connection. To the natural world, to us as a family, to the community but also to me. It unlocked a remembrance.
A few months later, I started my Reiki journey & the path is still unfolding to this day.
